Refund Policy

1. Introduction

At Growth Coaching Hub, we are committed to providing high-quality coaching services that meet or exceed your expectations. We understand that circumstances may arise that necessitate a refund request. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds for our various services and products.

Please read this policy carefully before purchasing our services. By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Refund Policy.

2. Individual Coaching Sessions

2.1 Cancellation with Notice

If you need to cancel an individual coaching session, the following terms apply:

• More than 24 hours' notice: You may reschedule the session at no additional cost or receive a full refund.
• Less than 24 hours' notice: No refund will be issued. However, at our discretion, we may allow you to reschedule the session one time with a 25% rescheduling fee.

2.2 No-Shows

If you fail to attend a scheduled coaching session without prior notice, no refund will be issued, and the session will be considered fulfilled.

2.3 Coach Cancellation

If your coach needs to cancel a session, we will offer you the option to reschedule or receive a full refund for that session.

3. Coaching Packages

3.1 Refund Eligibility

For pre-paid coaching packages (multiple sessions purchased together):

• Within 14 days of purchase: If you have not used any sessions, you may request a full refund.
• After using one session: You may request a refund for the unused sessions, less a 15% administrative fee.
• After using multiple sessions: Refunds will be prorated based on the number of sessions used, calculated at the standard individual session rate (not the discounted package rate), less a 15% administrative fee.

3.2 Package Expiration

Coaching packages have an expiration date as specified at the time of purchase (typically 6-12 months). No refunds will be issued for unused sessions after the expiration date.

4. Group Workshops and Programs

4.1 Public Workshops

For public workshops and group programs:

• More than 14 days before the event: Full refund less a 10% administrative fee
• 7-14 days before the event: 50% refund
• Less than 7 days before the event: No refund, but you may transfer your registration to another person or apply the fee to a future workshop within 6 months

4.2 Custom/Corporate Workshops

For custom or corporate workshops:

• More than 30 days before the event: Full refund less a 20% administrative fee
• 15-30 days before the event: 50% refund
• Less than 15 days before the event: No refund

5. Organizational Development Services

For organizational development services, refund terms will be specified in the service agreement or contract. Typically, these services involve substantial preparation and resource allocation, and refunds are limited once work has commenced.

Unless otherwise specified in the contract:

• Cancellation before work commencement: 80% refund
• Cancellation after initial assessment phase: 40% refund
• Cancellation after development phase has begun: No refund

6. Digital Products

6.1 Online Courses

For online courses:

• Within 14 days of purchase: Full refund if you have completed less than 25% of the course
• After 14 days or more than 25% completion: No refund

6.2 Digital Downloads

Due to the nature of digital downloads, no refunds are provided once the content has been downloaded.

7. Refund Process

7.1 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected] with the following information:

• Your full name
• Date of purchase
• Service or product purchased
• Reason for requesting a refund
• Your preferred refund method (original payment method is default)

7.2 Processing Time

We will process your refund request within 5 business days. Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our coaching services. If you are not satisfied with your first individual coaching session, please contact us within 48 hours of the session, and we will offer you either:

• A session with a different coach at no additional cost, or
• A full refund for that session

This satisfaction guarantee applies only to the first session and must be requested within the specified timeframe.

9. Discretionary Refunds

In certain exceptional circumstances (such as medical emergencies, family emergencies, or other significant unforeseen events), we may consider refund requests that fall outside the terms of this policy. Such refunds are entirely at our discretion and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Documentation may be required to support claims of exceptional circumstances.

10. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated policy on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy.

Any changes to this policy will apply only to purchases made after the revised policy is posted.
